President Gordon B. Hinckley passed away last night. He has made such a profound impact on my life. He has been such a great example of how to be a good person. I have loved listening to him speak, because I loved his sense of humor. I am grateful I am alive at this time and could hear the words of such a loving prophet. He will be missed, but I can't begin to imagine the welcome home he is receiving right now!

Childrens Museum
My friend Jacelyn has a pass to the Childrens Museum in Gateway and invited Ryan and I to join her and Ella. The kids had a great time.
It was so much fun to see Ryan able to crawl and play with the toys. He thoroughly enjoyed it. They definitely started to melt down toward the end, the fact that there were so many kids there didn't help. We are going to go again soon, hopefully when it isn't so crazy. Thanks Jacelyn!

Eric would so not approve (at least he is eating the doll, is that ok??)
I also hit Old Navy today afterwards. They are having a 75% off sale. I got some great things for Ryan for super cheap. Yeah for Old Navy!

Sickness and more sickness

Nothing great to post today! We have been sick in this house for over a week now. It all started with the flu last week and has turned into a cold this week. I can't remember the last time I had a cough. Poor Ryan is finally on the mend, but he was scaring me last week, we almost took him to the Hospital, but luckily he is doing much better. I have never seen Eric so sick in the time we have been together. Luckily he also is doing much better. I on the other hand don't seem to be getting better at all. I am sure it will happen soon, but I'm a little anxious for that day to come.
It's been an interesting week so far. My sister Kara and her family are in Disneyworld and my Mom left this morning for London. So, Ryan and I are just hanging out. I'm able to get some good exercising in, which is much needed. It will be nice to have more playmates. Tomorrow I am going with a friend and her daughter to the childrens museum. I'll take the camera and post some pics later.
Wish us well!

All about Eric & I
I was tagged by my sister Haley...
How long have you been together? Married 5 years August 22nd.
How long did you date? We dated for a year before we got married!
How old is he? 29, he hits the big 30 next year.
Who eats more? Eric definitely is an eater.
Who said "I love you" first? Eric.
Who is taller? Eric-- he's 6'4".
Who sings better? Eric would say me, but he has a great voice and sings way more than I do with groups.
Who is smarter? No contest...Eric is a brilliant guy! I hope that our children get his genes!
Who does the laundry? Me
Who does the dishes? Me
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Eric, but we switch when I'm pregnant, because the right side is closer to the bathroom.
Who pays the bills? Me.
Who mows the lawn? Neither , the beauties of HOA.
Who cooks dinner? Me.
Who is more stubborn? I am much more stubborn than Eric. Thank goodness he is so easy going or we would have issues.
Who kissed who first? Eric kissed me first.
Who asked who out? He asked me out, with the help of a friend! I wanted him to ask me out, so I told me friend to have him ask me, so...yeah it was still him.
Who proposed? Eric did on top of the Empire State Building. It doesn't get any more romantic than that.
Who is more sensitive? I am so much more sensitive. Eric will admit that he isn't so much!
Who has more friends? I would say we have about the same. Although we don't get to see our friends nearly as often as we would like.
Who has more siblings? Eric does, he is 1 of 9 and I am 1 of 7. So we still have large families!
Who are you tagging? Shari, Debbie, Cheryl

Who needs toys?

Seriously, who needs toys? Ryan has so many toys, but what does he want to play with? The door stop, wires, anything small and dangerous. He will have a room full of toys, but all he wants to do is try to crawl up the stairs and play with the doorstop. It is quite humerous.
Isn't it funny where toys end up? I think I have several in the pantry right now too. I am not complaining, just informing. I am also going to try to upload a video of him and my niece Nikki. They are so fun to watch play together.

Ice Cream
We fed Ryan ice cream the other day. It was so funny to watch. After he would eat it, he would get so excited and start grunting, meaning he wanted more. I hope you think it's as funny as we did!
