The Perfect Season

Go Utes!!! We just got home from the Utah vs BYU game. It was so much fun to see Utah kill BYU, especially since we've lost the last 2 years. It was so much fun. The fans were crazy! At the end they started rushing the field, before the game was even over. So, after the game was over we went on the field, and I saw Louie Sakoda and got my picture with him. The one person I wanted to see, it was great. It's amazing how he looks like he is 10 years old. We were also able to see our friend Jay Hill (he is the special teams coach). It was just the perfect game!!! Go Utes!!!!

Whats New?

So, I have clearly not been a good blogger lately. I don't really take many pictures now a days and for some reason, don't like to blog without them.

What's new with us you may think?...

Ryan is communicating so much more lately. His new favorite words are no, yes and let go. He says let go quite forcefully. It is nice to have more communication, but I'm not loving the attitude.

I still am not over the morning sickness. I am 90% better, but still need the meds to be able to function. At least Ryan is "throwing up" in every bucket he sees

We have the nursery empty and ready for paint, as soon as we find out what this child is.

I have updated my "coupon book", finally thanks to Rachel for showing me hers and getting me going!

So looking forward to the game this weekend. The HOLY WAR!!!

Yeah, so really not much is going on. I feel now I am just babbling, so I think we'll end on that lovely note!

10-0

Wow!!! Last night Eric and I went to the U game against TCU. It was a nail biter from start to finish, but the end was euphoric. The Utes pulled out a touchdown in the last minute and a half of the game and I thought my lungs would burst from screaming so much!! I've never ever heard the stadium that loud before. After the game was over most people stayed at their place in the bleachers and hugged, kissed, screamed with delight for a good 10 minutes! It was truly amazing and I am so proud to be a Utah fan!!! It took forever to get home last night, and I was in need of my bed but I am so happy that I went. I even hugged one of the players after the game because I was so happy. I don't know who it was but I don't even care! Yes we did "storm the field" after, only because it was the fastest way to the car. Hooray!!! Go Utes!!!! This is our family that we have season tickets with. It was so fun to be there with just adults and have the kids in bed. Thanks Mom!

I found it!

After thinking my camera was lost forever, I realized where I had put it. The joys of being pregnant, I forget everything!!!!

So, now I can talk about all the fun things we've been doing.

Ryan had a ball on Halloween. We ran nonstop from morning until night, but he sure got away with lots of candy. He was Nemo, and was the cutest Nemo there has ever been.

Here is a picture of the Halloween decorated table (I love Ryan sitting at his high chair eating a salad, what kid likes salad??)
Here is a pic with him and my parents at my dad's work

A new development is Ryan is now in a toddler bed. I didn't want two cribs after the baby was born so I decided to move Ryan over to a small bed. He is doing great, and enjoys his freedom. I found the bed at the DI and cleaned and repainted it and now it looks brand new! Yay for me, now I just need to find a book shelf and a toy chest and we're set.

We went to Chuck E Cheese on Saturday. It was my good friend, Debbie's, daughters birthday party. Ryan enjoyed the pizza, the TV and putting his coins into the machines that spit out lots of tickets. He is a gambler in the making. He got so many tickets, he came away with a ball & bat, a chuck e cheese toy, and 5 small suckers. Way to go son! and Happy Birthday Chloe!!

Camera...Camera

I lost my camera!! I feel sick. We were at Chuck E Cheese over the weekend and I left it there. I am just so mad at myself I wanna puke. I just had to vent.

Updating...finally

(eating dinner like a man)

So, we have been going through the motions at our house. We just try to get through each day and take it that one day at a time. Ryan is a hoot and is so much fun to be around. Since I haven't blogged much, I have some photos to show what we have been doing, and what Ryan has been able to get away with while I was sick.

Licking the pudding spoon!

Eric after running the St. George Marathon (3:27 baby)

Eating chips in the car

Helping me make pancakes!

Reading the Sunday Funnies, just like daddy

Drinking his cup of joe (the kids water cup at the bakery)

Yes, we actually made it out one day to Jungle Jims Playland, Ryan hated it!

And finally my favorite! I got him a trick or treat pumpkin at the store. When we got in the car I gave it to him to hold, next thing I know I can hear him gagging. I turn around, his head is in the bucket and he is pretending to throw up. Yes, I trained him well. The funny thing is listening to him, because that must be how I sound for him to mimick me that way. It's hysterically funny. I wish I could capture it on video.

Goings On!

Well, it has been a long time since we last posted. I can't believe how sick you can get being pregnant. There were a couple of weeks where I almost couldn't get out of bed. But I am starting to have some good days now, which I will take! We went to see the doctor a couple of weeks ago and I really liked him. I will be getting a series of 10 shots in the next several weeks to help, hopefully, postpone labor. He did an ultrasound and we saw the little baby that has been making me so sick. Well, enough of that!

We went to St. George over the weekend and Eric ran the St. George Marathon. He did awesome. He ran it in 3 hrs 27 minutes. I think I would have been at mile 10, maybe, at that point. He was sore for a couple days, but today he is doing great! There were a bunch of people in our ward that ran it and it was fun to be with all of them. I did alright while we were down there. I am just so proud of Eric, it rained and it was freezing!!! But he took it all in stride and did great!

I feel so bad for Ryan. With me being sick, he has had endure it just like I have been. So, I have my throw up bucket that I use to throw up in. Now Ryan goes and stands in front of the bucket and pretends to be throwing up. Eric took Ryan to a meeting a couple of weeks ago and Ryan started making this gagging sound. The other guys were wondering what he was doing, and Eric said, "Oh, he is just copying his mommy" Yeah, the poor kid, thankfully he won't remember it.
