I love the fourth of July! Yesterday was just a wonderful day. We got up early to get to the Parade and get Eric registered for the race. He ran the 5K in 20 minutes 14 seconds. Wow! 
Ryan did so well during the Parade, except for the part where he fell on the street on his head. Yeah that didn't go over too well. 
The problem was Ryan got sick as the day progressed. It was not a head injury...thank goodness. He spiked a fever and was just so sleepy the whole day. We were still able to make it to the fireworks in the evening. He was beyond exhausted when the day was over, but we had a great time.

I guess the other bit of news for us is that we are going to be expecting our second baby in February. We found out a couple weeks ago that we are having another baby! Ryan and this one will be close together, but hopefully I can handle it. We are so excited and hope this pregnancy goes much better than Ryans did. Fingers crossed!!

Congrats on the new little one. It's never fun when the little ones get sick and it always seems to be on the holidays.
I love how you threw in that "little bit of news" in there so casually :) Way to see who is really reading and not just looking at pictures, eh? CONGRATS!! That is exciting.
Congrats on the new baby! I am so jealous that you don't have to be big and pregnant during the summer, like me. Let me tell you, if I can help it, I'm never going to be pregnant in the summer again. How close are your kids going to be?

They will be about 23 months apart if the baby comes on time.
I love all of the pictures and wish we could have been there to celebrate! Hooray for the baby, again :).
